Information We Collect
We collect account details, account name, plan status, fitness entries, uploaded images, analysis results, health connection status, sync results, support messages, device and usage data, and security logs.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Toolmino Fit+ handles information for fitness logging, image uploads, analysis, plan management, and health sync.
Uploaded Images
Images you upload are stored with metadata that links them to your account and fitness entry. Images may show meals, workouts, equipment, labels, or other personal context. The product does not provide image deletion.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate users, operate plans, analyze entries, display past entries, stream requested images, sync selected records to connected providers, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and provide support.
Analysis Processing
Text and images submitted for analysis may be sent to the configured analysis provider. The provider helps identify food, hydration, workouts, equipment, and uncertainty. Avoid uploading unnecessary personal or third-party information.
Connected Health Providers
If you connect Google Health or another supported provider, we store encrypted connection credentials and send records you choose to sync. You can disconnect provider access through the provider account controls or the Toolmino Fit+ interface when available.
Billing and Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We store plan status, invoice references, and Stripe identifiers needed to manage your plan, but not full payment card numbers.
Sharing
We share information with service providers that operate the product, including hosting, image storage, entry analysis, analytics, payments, email, and connected health providers you authorize. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service.
Retention
We retain account, plan, entry, image, sync, and security data for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, preserve auditability, and operate backups. Image deletion is not offered in the current product.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted health connection credentials, private image storage, protected image links, and transport security. No system is perfectly secure, so use care when deciding what to upload.
