Terms and Conditions

These terms govern access to Toolmino Fit+ and the fitness logging services connected to it.

Service

Toolmino Fit+ helps members turn meal, drink, workout, and gym-machine notes or photos into analyzed logs, and lets members sync selected records to connected health apps.

Accounts and Billing

You are responsible for your account credentials and for keeping payment information current. Some features require an active plan or valid trial. We may pause access for failed payment, misuse, or security risk.

User Content

You retain ownership of text, photos, and other content you upload. You grant Toolmino Fit+ permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service, including the analysis and health sync you request.

Images

Uploaded images may include meals, workout equipment, labels, receipts, or other fitness context. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use or images containing sensitive third-party information. Image deletion is not offered in the product interface.

Health Data

Analysis can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review entries before relying on them or syncing them. Toolmino Fit+ is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a replacement for a licensed professional.

Connected Providers

When you connect Google Health or another supported provider, you authorize Toolmino Fit+ to send selected records to that provider. Provider availability, permissions, rules, and errors are controlled by the provider as well as this service.

Acceptable Use

Do not abuse the service, bypass access controls, upload malicious content, infringe rights, scrape the product, or use the service to make automated decisions that require regulated clinical, legal, insurance, or employment judgment.

Availability and Changes

We may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or always-accurate analysis.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Toolmino Fit+ is provided as is and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the three months before the claim.
